As Executive Director, Stephanie's daily focus is elevating the client experience and achieving superior case results. She oversees all facets of operations, processes, compliance, technology integration, HR management, and financial... Stephanie obtained her bachelor of science degree in political science from Texas A&M University, with a focus on legal research and a minor in business management. Stephanie manages the firm and makes sure you receive prompt personal attention along the way. Like her husband, Chad Jones, she has a passion for helping people and her priority is to work with you for the justice you deserve. As Executive Director, Stephanie focuses on improving the client experience and the firm’s case results each day, overseeing overall operations, processes and procedures, compliance, technology, HR management and accounting. She is also heavily involved in strategic business planning and the expansion of the firm. In addition, Stephanie developed the core values that all attorneys and staff members follow in order to put clients first and provide the best representation. Stephanie describes herself as obsessed with quality, and also personal and firm growth. Stephanie and Chad have three children that keep them busy with sports and adventures on the weekends. She volunteers with the Lone Star Running Project and American Heart Association. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and almost anything outdoors.
