Stephen G. Charpentier is an Of Counsel attorney at Maher Law Firm, an active member of the Brevard County legal community with over 40 years of experience. He graduated with honors from Florida State University’s College of Law in 1981 and earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida. He is licensed in Florida, District of Columbia, and New York. Mr. Charpentier co-founded Childress & Charpentier Law Firm, P.A., in 1989, focusing on plaintiff’s personal injury cases. His accolades include multiple 'Eagle Talon Awards' and a 'Silver Eagle Award' from the Academy of the Florida Trial Lawyers, and an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell®. He is also a founder and co-moderator of the People’s Law School and has served on the Board of Trustees for Eastern Florida State College.
