About Stephen

Stephen S. Newland has been practicing law for nearly 30 years and is considered an authority in real estate, foreclosure defense, and estate planning. He is a frequent speaker at bar association seminars and has a large foreclosure defense practice. He handles hundreds of real estate closings annually and serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Organization. He co-founded Newland & Newland, LLP with his brother Gary in 1993.
