Stephen T. Harper is an AV Preeminent-rated attorney specializing in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. A graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, he has extensive trial experience and lobbies on behalf of injured workers at the Virginia General Assembly. He has been involved in numerous precedent-setting cases, including securing a $5.3 million settlement, the second-largest workers’ compensation settlement in Virginia history. Stephen is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (serving on the board of governors and as legislative co-chair), the Richmond Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and is a Fellow within the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers. He has been recognized as a "Leader in The Law" by Virginia Lawyers Weekly, a Virginia Super Lawyer, a Best Lawyer in America since 2016, and one of the Nation’s Top 100 Injured Workers’ Attorneys by WILG.
