About Steve

My name is Steve Gimblin, and I represent consumers throughout California primarily in Northern California including Sutter, Yuba, Butte, Placer and Sacramento Counties. As a lifelong Yuba-Sutter resident, I have seen many consumers suffering from injuries caused by the negligent acts of others. I have made it my career goal to serve such individuals in an attempt to help them cope with injuries and loss, and to help them achieve fair compensation for their injuries. My practice has also been dedicated to serving the needs of those in financial troubles through bankruptcy representing consumers in a wide variety of consumer protection areas of the law. Living in a smaller community is something near and dear to my heart, and so is helping members of those communities. I always offer free consultations because I do not think money should be spent by those searching for an attorney they are comfortable with and can trust. In fact, I encourage anyone to call my office if they feel they may need legal advice because even if I am not the right attorney for the job, I probably know a trustworthy colleague that can help you! I graduated from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA with distinction. During law school I worked for a large bankruptcy and litigation law firm, worked as a law clerk at the Superior Court level, and also worked with the misdemeanor conflict panel in Sacramento County. I am admitted to practice in California as well as in the Eastern District Court of California.
