Steven A. Bredice is a Vermont personal injury lawyer who limits his practice to plaintiff’s civil litigation, with a heavy emphasis on accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, and wrongful death cases. He is admitted to all state and federal courts in Vermont, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. A former insurance defense lawyer, he now exclusively represents the injured, leveraging his behind-the-scenes knowledge of insurance company tactics. Attorney Bredice is a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, accredited by the American Bar Association. He is a frequent lecturer on trial practice, personal injury litigation, legal ethics, and insurance law. He graduated cum laude from Middlebury College in 1982 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, where he was a managing editor of the Law Review and a Teaching Fellow. He is the author of "Media Hybrids and the First Amendment: Constitutional Signposts Along the Information Superhighway" and has served as an instructor in the Department of Paralegal Studies at Burlington College. He is also the author of the book, "Your Vermont Personal Injury Case ... A Post-Accident Survival Plan."
