Steven Benvenisti, Esq. is a Partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He represents personal injury victims from car accidents, falls, and negligence. A survivor of a severe drunk driving accident, he is a nationally recognized advocate for drunk driving victims and individuals with brain, spinal cord, and other life-altering injuries. He authored 'Spring Break: A True Story of Hope and Determination' and is the current President of the Board of Trustees of The Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey. He also serves on the New Jersey Advisory Board of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and was previously on MADD’s National Board of Directors.
