Casey started practicing law in 2004 and has spent the entirety of his practice with the firm, becoming a partner in 2010. During his tenure with the firm, Casey developed a statewide practice in the area of personal injury, representing both individuals and businesses affected by such cases. Casey has handled such cases in more than 70 circuit courts across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He is thoroughly familiar with the liability experts and medical professionals that often testify in cases involving personal injury. Casey has also practiced in the federal courts for the western and eastern districts of Kentucky and has handled numerous cases before the Kentucky Court of Appeals, Kentucky Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Casey has also served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, working primarily in Washington Circuit Court. Casey is very involved in his community. He has served on the boards of numerous non-profit organization in Taylor County and has also coached numerous basketball, baseball and softball teams. Casey also serves as a deacon and Sunday School teacher at his church.
