With over four decades of experience, Attorney Steven Mogul brings a thoughtful, multifaceted approach to personal injury law in Maine. Based in Bangor, he has represented injury victims, families, and individuals in a wide range of cases, from product liability and timber trespass to insurance defense and collaborative divorce. His practice is defined by thorough preparation, nuanced legal strategy, and deep respect for every client’s story. Steven is admitted to practice in both the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine and the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and has authored key contributions to American Bar Association publications on tort and pharmaceutical litigation.
