He represents numerous municipalities and local government agencies, including zoning and planning boards. Mr. Warner has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list every year since 2011 and recently received the Professional Lawyer of the Year Award for Somerset County. He is a Diplomate in New Jersey Local Government Law and has served as Chairman of the Land Use Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Past President of the Somerset County Bar Association.
