Sukhtej Atwal joined M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers in 2022 as a Litigation Attorney. She works tirelessly to secure impressive results for clients in all types of personal injury actions. Sukhtej has been an attorney since 2015 and has assisted firsthand in several trials that ultimately resulted in six and seven-figure verdicts. She cares deeply about the interests of her clients and spends endless hours making sure that justice is secured for each and every one of her clients. Clients describe her as tenacious, tireless, and one who never loses sight of the clients she serves. Among other attributes and awards, in 2020, 2021, and 2022, Ms. Atwal was selected for inclusion as a “Rising Star” by Northern California Super Lawyers. Ms. Atwal is a dedicated member of the legal community at large and serves as a member of several professional associations including Consumer Attorneys of California and Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis in 2010, and her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law, Florida, in 2014. She is admitted to practice before all State Courts in California. When not in the office, she enjoys training for and running marathons, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
