About Sylvia

Attorney Rutkowska joined Arch Law Group in 2010 and focuses her practice on personal injury, civil litigation, land use, and municipal law matters. She has been recognized as a Connecticut Super Lawyer “Rising Star” since 2013, a Connecticut Law Tribune’s New Leader in the Law, and one of Connecticut Women’s Education and Legal Fund’s 40 Women for the Next 40 Years. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Connecticut. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
