About Tait

Since entering the legal field in 1994, Tait has devoted a great amount of his practice to helping his personal injury clients receive the fair compensation they deserve. He is also well-versed in creating revocable living trusts, wills, living wills, and powers of attorney, and has assisted hundreds of clients in fulfilling their estate planning goals. Tait has been a licensed trial attorney in private practice since 2002, and has a high success rate defending clients in court who are charged with DUI and other traffic offenses, as well as those facing misdemeanor and felony charges. Prior to becoming an attorney, Tait served in the United States Marine Corps for four years, earning the rank of Sergeant and was honorably discharged in 1993. He served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and Operation Restore Hope. He is extensively involved in the local community, having served on the Fountain Hills Town Council as Councilmember and Vice Mayor, as President of the Fountain Hills Republican Club, a board member of the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, and an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post #7507, the American Legion, Post #58, and the Marine Corps League, Detachment #1439.
