Taylor R. Koncen is a Maryland attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense and medical malpractice. Taylor was born and raised in Southern Maryland. He attended Waynesburg University where he obtained a degree in Human Services. Upon graduation, Taylor attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he graduated in 2019.
