Terence P. Cahill (“Terry”) advises his clients from the firm’s Oconomowoc office on issues related to real estate, probate, wills and trusts, estate planning, condominium associations and civil litigation. He served as a Waukesha County Assistant District Attorney from 1972-1976 and as a part-time Waukesha County Corporation Counsel from 1980-1983. Terry has been in private practice since 1976 and is currently a Court Commissioner for Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Robert Mawdsley. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University in 1968 and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School in 1972.
