About Tess
Tess Van Duyne is a plaintiff’s attorney whose practice focuses on representing injured victims involved in catastrophic accidents. Originally from Indiana, Tess moved to California to start her legal career at Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, Tess worked for several non-profit organizations and clinics, gaining experience in many different areas of law while serving the local community. Tess started her career as a law clerk at Bond Legal, where she gained valuable personal injury experience under the supervision of senior attorneys. She later joined the Bond Legal attorney team and has since handled hundreds of cases fighting for injured victims. In her spare time, Tess enjoys hiking and camping throughout California with her pug, Otis.
