About Theodore

Theodore Horowitz received his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in 2009, where he studied Organizational Leadership and Supervision. He received his Juris Doctor and a certificate in health law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2013. He joined Koglmeier Law Group in 2016 and became a partner in 2020. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is zealous in his advocacy and takes a determined and aggressive approach for his clients. He also sat on the board of directors for the Loyola University Chicago Health Law Society and is the sitting vice president of KeepOurDesertClean.
