About Therese
Therese B. Garcia joined Lem Garcia Law in 2016. She has extensive advocacy experience, including working with low-income, elderly, and disabled individuals, and as a staff attorney in a legal aid office in San Bernardino, CA. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology, cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College and a law degree, cum laude, from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law. During law school, she was an editor of the school’s law review, president of the Asian Law Students’ Association, and a recipient of an Olender Foundation award for her pro bono work. She is passionate about advocating for people and building the law firm. She is married to Lem and has two daughters, Josephine and Simone.
