About Thomas

Tom grew up in Perry County and served in the United States Navy. He graduated from The University of Missouri School of Law in 1979 and was admitted to the Missouri Bar the same year. He immediately began to practice law in Ste. Genevieve and Perry Counties. In 1986 Tom was elected as the Perry County Prosecuting Attorney, and has held that position ever since. That same year he founded the law firm that has grown into Hoeh & Pistorio, LLC. After 32 years serving his community, Tom will retire from the Prosecuting Attorney’s office. He will maintain his robust civil practice, focusing on Estate Planning, Family Law, Business Formation and civil litigation. Tom is among the most experienced litigators in Southeast Missouri. Actively practicing law for 40 years, he has argued cases in front of the Eastern District of Missouri Court of Appeals, changing employment law in the state of Missouri.
