Tom Klein has over 30 years of experience defending product manufacturers in complex product liability litigation, trying approximately 50 catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases across 12 states. He is known for his integrity, success, and compelling jury rapport, with expertise in automotive design. Tom graduated from the University of Arizona in 1981 and Baylor Law School in 1984. He has been licensed in Texas since 1984 and Arizona since 1986, and recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyer since 2009 and in Best Lawyers in America since 2013. He was ordained to the permanent diaconate in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix in 2010.
