Thomas W. Henson, Sr., co-founded Henson Fuerst with Bob Fuerst in 1976. He received his bachelor’s degree in 1964 and his Juris Doctorate in 1967 from the University of North Carolina. Tom was renowned for his extensive knowledge and experience in catastrophic injury cases, including a groundbreaking nursing home verdict in 1991 that significantly impacted the administration of pain medication for patients. He dedicated his career to advocating tirelessly for people wrongly injured, providing a voice for those in need.
