After graduating from Mizzou, Tim attended law school at the St. Louis University School of Law and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2013. Besides being admitted to the Missouri Bar, Tim is also licensed to practice in the US Federal District Courts in the Eastern District of Missouri. Tim joined the Schnaare Law firm in August of 2016 and quickly made his presence known with his strong legal research and writing skills in assisting with complex litigation matters including will contests and land partition suits. In the time that Tim has been a part of this firm, his primary areas of practice has become Real Estate, Personal Injury, Family Law and Landlord-Tenant. Tim has a desire to continue to serve his hometown and surrounding areas in Jefferson County. Tim has a strong sense of community and networking within the Jefferson County region. Tim now lives in Pacific, Missouri just inside the Jefferson County border, along with his wife Rachel, children and dogs. Tim grew up in Jefferson County and is proud to raise his own family here as well. Tim met his wife through the Boy Scouts of America Venturing Program, a coed portion of Boy Scouts. Tim joined Venturing after he obtained the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 14. Tim and his wife are adult advisors for Venture Crew 2720 based out of Beaumont Scout Reservation which focuses on equine activities. Tim is also a Trail Guide for the Greater St. Louis Area Council. Tim continues to enjoy serving the Scouts because it was such a positive influence on his life growing up and he hopes to share that with the younger generations. Prior to joining the Schnaare Law Firm, Tim practiced on his own for a couple years while pursuing another passion, one for the outdoors while working at Bass Pro Shops. Tim is a big advocate for 2nd amendment rights and conservation efforts. Any free time that Tim has is usually spent with his family or enjoying the outdoors, either hunting or fishing.
