Timothy Chan, Esq. is a knowledgeable and aggressive trial attorney and a compassionate advocate who fights to obtain maximum results for the injured. Mr. Chan currently focuses his legal practice on workers’ compensation, employment law, and personal injury matters. Mr. Chan is a Los Angeles native, who earned Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Business Law. In 2014, Mr. Chan earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School and was subsequently admitted to the California Bar. Mr. Chan has successfully argued countless cases before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and is experienced at all levels of litigation, including depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials. He also has significant appellate experience, including Petitions for Reconsideration, Petitions for Removal, and Writs of Review to the California Court of Appeal. Mr. Chan has practiced law from the defense perspective as well, and this experience gives him the unique understanding of defense tactics, motivations, and strategies. Nonetheless, Mr. Chan’s true calling is to represent the underdog, and he has dedicated himself to restoring and improving the lives of the injured and their families.
