About Timothy
Timothy R.E. Keeney joined the firm as Of Counsel in October 2018. He is a former probate judge who concentrates his practice in Probate/Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Medicaid Law, Special Needs Planning, Elder Law, and Litigation, and is also knowledgeable in Environmental Law. He earned his bachelor’s in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree at the UConn School of Law. He is a former U.S. Navy Seal and earned a Legion of Merit award. He was honored for his eight years as the probate judge for North Central Connecticut in May 2019.
