About T.O.

T.O. Sanders is an experienced, compassionate, and aggressive attorney and founder of Sanders Law Firm, LLC. He holds an engineering degree from Clemson University (1989) and a law degree from the University of South Carolina (1992). He gained trial experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Charles W. Whetstone, Jr. (1994-95) and as an assistant solicitor for Charleston County (1995-98). T.O. also served honorably in the US Army Reserve and SC Army National Guard (1992-2008). Rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubble, he handles a wide variety of civil and criminal cases in local, state, and federal courts. His engineering background uniquely qualifies him to understand complex legal issues. He lives in West Ashley with his wife, two daughters, and dog Genevieve.
