Tobin Ellis focuses his practice on complex personal injury, wrongful death, and civil matters. He represents clients in motor vehicle collisions, construction site accidents, defective products, nursing home abuse, premises liability, and bicycle cases. Previously defended corporations and insurers, he now represents plaintiffs. He is admitted to practice in California, Federal District Courts in Northern Texas and New Mexico, and the United States Supreme Court.
