About Toby
Toby J. Burris joined Henry & Beaver, LLP in 2025. Prior to joining Henry & Beaver, he was the law clerk to the Honorable Bradford C. Charles in the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas. He is a former foster parent and worked in the juvenile justice system prior to practicing law full time. His areas of practice include family law and guardianships. Mr. Burris is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lebanon County Bar Associations. Toby graduated from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas in 1993 with a BS in rehabilitation services education. He got his J.D. from Widener Commonwealth School of Law in Harrisburg, PA in 2005. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2008.
