Todd D. Lipsey chose to practice law for the greater good of society, becoming a trusted confidant in defending his client’s cases before the court of law. Todd earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Grand Valley State, before earning his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2014 with cum laude honors. Prior to joining Grover Lewis Johnson, Todd worked for the nation’s largest automobile and homeowners insurance company from 1997 through 2017, focusing on No-Fault claims and claim investigations. The investigations, while civil, also resulted in several white-collar criminal convictions. His years of No-Fault claims experience as an adjuster and attorney have afforded him a very unique skill set in approaching No-Fault claims. Todd is also well-versed in the coordination of ERISA benefits and private insurance plans. In addition to representing clients before the Michigan Courts, he is also available to render advisory legal opinions on all aspects of No-Fault claims. Outside of the office, Todd is an avid traveler who has visited several countries (with several more to go) and participated in numerous enriching cultural experiences.
