Tom Gacio is a senior trial attorney and shareholder/partner at Abrahamson & Uiterwyk, with a long career in civil trial work across Florida. He is twice board certified as an expert in civil trial law by the Florida Bar and The National Board of Trial Advocacy. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Polk County, then represented insurance companies, and has exclusively represented injured clients for the past ten years. He graduated from Washburn University of Topeka, School of Law in 1989 and the University of South Florida in 1982. He is fluent in Spanish.
