About Travis

Travis Davis heads the Simon Law Group’s Law and Motion Department, insurance bad faith litigation, and post-trial compliance. He recently moved back to run the firm’s Arizona office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Arizona State University and earned his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating in the top five percent of his class. Travis previously worked for a small firm in San Diego, handling all aspects of civil litigation. He is an active member of OCTLA, CAALA, and AZAJ. In 2023, Travis was nominated as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in California and Arizona. In his free time, Travis enjoys record collecting, watching movies, and plans to visit every National Park in the USA.
