
About Tyler
Tyler Fox graduated from New England Law School/Boston in 1979 and obtained a Master in Social Work from Boston University in 1990. He initially practiced solo law in criminal and juvenile cases, then worked in human services and as a psychotherapist. He later specialized in civil litigation for personal injury, worker’s compensation, and immigration law, particularly for Central American immigrants. He successfully represented victims of sexual assault on MBTA premises. For nearly two decades, he has focused on advocating for and litigating on behalf of sexual harassment and assault victims, including priest abuse cases nationwide. He also filed a lawsuit based on 'disparate impact' discrimination under Title VII. He has taught Employment Law at Northeastern University and hosted a TV show, with his cases featured in various media.
