About V.

V. Anthony Digirolamo has significant experience in estate planning and counseling clients in all aspects of business and personal matters, with a concentration in matters relating to taxation. Tony has an LL.M. in taxation, which benefits his clients in planning their business and personal affairs. Armed with an in-depth knowledge of state and federal tax law, and a strong business background, Tony advises clients with closely-held businesses, as well as those with high net worth, on all aspects of their business and personal needs. He handles will contests, guardianships, foreclosures and estate administration. A significant aspect of his practice involves assisting clients with their wills, trusts and estates, as well as assisting in all aspects of planning for their businesses and business succession. Prior to joining DiFrancesco Bateman in 2003, Tony was a law assistant in the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division, First Department. He was also a founding partner of Gutfleish, Davis, Digirolamo & Fittipaldi. Tony is a member of the New York Bar Association.
