About Victor

Victor M. Iglesias is a trial and appellate attorney dedicated to representing individuals and families in wrongful death, personal injury, medical negligence, and product liability cases. Born in Havana, Cuba, Victor immigrated to the United States with his family at a young age. He grew up in Kendall, Florida, and graduated from Miami Killian Senior High School before earning a degree in Mass Communications from Florida International University. He then obtained his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and served as a Senior Notes & Comments Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review. Before joining Flanagan & Bodenheimer Injury and Wrongful Death Law Firm, Victor spent several years on the defense side of high-profile, high-stakes litigation. His experience includes handling catastrophic injury cases involving some of the world’s largest cruise lines, as well as multi-million-dollar insurance coverage and bad faith claims arising from fatal motor vehicle accidents. After witnessing the adversity individuals face when they are wronged by entities such as corporations and insurers, Victor left the defense side to pursue a more fulfilling career. He now applies his extensive experience at Flanagan & Bodenheimer to advocate for those who have suffered life-altering injuries. Victor is proud to serve his community and is committed to delivering exceptional legal representation to his clients. He lives in Coral Gables with his wife, a dedicated physician who also devotes her career to helping others.
