About Victoria

Victoria Bowling Heischober focuses her practice primarily in Estate Planning. Victoria has personal experience with what happens without an estate plan. One of her family members suffered from a debilitating stroke while she was in law school, and she saw her family struggle to navigate the guardianship and conservatorship process. Victoria helps her clients avoid these pitfalls by crafting estate plans that will leave a legacy for her clients and their families. Her areas of practice also include Business Planning, Asset Protection Planning, and Special Needs Planning. Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, and Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech, magna cum laude. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a Deputy Clerk in the Virginia Beach Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, and as a legal assistant for a local divorce attorney.
