About Victoria

Victoria Eagles is a dynamic Maryland-based attorney and proud Washington, D.C. native whose career blends legal acumen, athletic discipline, and a deep commitment to equity. A former Division I volleyball player, Victoria brings the same drive and resilience from the court to the courtroom. During her time in law school, she served as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA), where she championed initiatives to uplift underrepresented voices in the legal field. Her passion for justice and equity extended beyond the classroom-Victoria went on to found a pioneering initiative within the U.S. intelligence community, working to ensure its teams fully reflected the nation they serve. Victoria was selected as an elite member of the Baltimore Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, a recognition for professionals who have high-impact careers and drive change. Outside of her professional accomplishments, Victoria is an avid culinary enthusiast who enjoys exploring new food experiences. She hopes to travel extensively in the near future, continuing to blend her love of culture, cuisine, and connection. Above all, Victoria is a devoted mother to a bright, neurodiverse teenager-a role that fuels her advocacy for inclusive practices and inspires her every day. Her legal practice is focused on Criminal Law, Family Law, and Contracts. She continuously works to grow and enhance her knowledge base, while also expanding her practice to include Washington, D.C., and Virginia in late 2025.
