About Vincent

Vince Bifferato Jr. is a Delaware native, born and raised. Since graduating from law school, he has devoted his career to protecting and advocating for the rights of individuals who alone are no match for large insurance companies and today’s complicated legal system. To address the unique needs and circumstances of the injured, Vince co-founded Bifferato Gentilotti with Jeff Gentilotti in 1995. Together, Vince and Jeff committed themselves to a different approach, one that emphasizes strong and aggressive advocacy for their clients’ rights while showing empathy for people’s individual needs and circumstances. Though Bifferato Gentilotti regularly handles million-dollar cases, each client-regardless of the value of their case-receives personalized attention. Vince brings over 30 years of trial experience to each case. With the passion of one who loves what he does, Vince always takes each client’s interests to heart. He emphasizes a relationship of trust wherein clients understand the process, their rights, and the path their case will follow. Vince served as President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association from 2008 to 2009. He has been selected as a top 100 Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers. He also has served as attorney to the Delaware State Senate.
