Ginny’s practice focuses on civil litigation, representing individuals with personal injuries due to medical malpractice, automobile wrecks, defective products, nursing home abuse and neglect, and unsafe premises, among others. She also represents individuals and small businesses in business litigation, contract disputes, and insurance coverage issues. Ginny is admitted to practice law in South Carolina, the District Court of South Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
