Meet Vivian Lin: An Outstanding Litigation Attorney and Member of Walter Clark Legal Group. Attorney Vivian W. Lin is a passionate advocate for the injured. Prior to joining Walter Clark Legal Group, Ms. Lin was in-house counsel for a San Diego construction company where she focused on employment, business, and intellectual property law. As an active member of Consumer Attorneys of California, she is applying her considerable talents to pre-litigation and litigation strategies to help maximize recoveries for deserving injured clients. Ms. Lin was born in Taipei, Taiwan and raised in Canada. Ms. Lin holds a bachelors in business where she majored in international business and minored in supply chain management. She was also a financial advisor for TD Canada Trust. Ms. Lin graduated from California Western School of Law, where she received the school’s Student of Distinction Award. She was a board member of the Women’s Law Caucus, Black Lawyers Student Organization, and Asia Pacific Lawyers Student Organization. Ms. Lin loves traveling, hiking, and playing with her French Bulldog in her free time.
