Jon’s practice focuses on litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of insurance defense in Kentucky and Ohio courts. He handles personal injury, property damage, and premises liability claims. He is experienced in all aspects of a civil case, from discovery to alternative dispute resolution to trial to post-trial relief, and represents both individuals and businesses. Jon represents clients in domestic relations courts for family and personal issues involving divorce, child custody, and visitation in Kentucky and Ohio.
