Walter F. Benenati is the Managing Partner and Shareholder of The Benenati Law Firm. He focuses his practice on consumer rights protection in Central Florida, representing clients in consumer law matters and lawsuits, including personal injury, bankruptcy, debt collection harassment, credit negotiation, foreclosure, and loan modification. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, his parents were immigrants from Argentina and Peru. He graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University's honors college and attended St. Thomas University School of Law on an academic scholarship, where he was recognized as the most outstanding student in Contract Law and advanced legal research and writing. He passed the Florida bar exam on his first attempt. He began his career in bankruptcy law, having filed over 3000 consumer bankruptcy cases in Central Florida, and later established a personal injury division. He has successfully handled over 10,000 personal injury, bankruptcy, and foreclosure cases, recovering millions for injury clients and eliminating nearly a billion dollars of debt for bankruptcy clients. He is committed to providing exceptional legal services and personal attention to his clients.
