Warren J. Ritchie

About Warren

Mr. Ritchie is involved in various areas of legal practice including future-planning with trusts and wills, trust and estate administration, business formation and real estate. Throughout his career, Warren has served the legal needs of various Greater Cincinnati local communities as Law Director, Solicitor and Prosecutor. He has represented local financial institutions in all aspects of real estate law and title insurance including mortgage loan closings, acquisitions, loan work-outs and foreclosures. He is the former General Counsel and a Director of Ameriana Savings Bank of Ohio, and was a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army Reserve. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati with an accounting degree, Mr. Ritchie obtained a law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
