About Wayne

Wayne Bess has always expressed his interest in the law since he was an early child. That early interest lead him to a job during high school and college working for a prominent Metro-Detroit law firm. It was during those years he decided to chase his dream of a career in law. Wayne graduated from Wayne State University in 2013, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He went to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating Cum Laude in 2017. While in law school, Wayne clerked for a personal injury firm in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. He also interned as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Oakland County Circuit Court. In 2017, Wayne passed the Michigan Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in the State of Michigan. He focuses his practice in Insurance Defense Litigation. When he is not working, Wayne is an avid golfer and fisherman. Wayne also enjoys spending time with family, friends, and especially his two dogs, Nash and Knox. He also enjoys watching and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
