About Wesley

Hello, name is Wesley (Wes) Eddington, and I am a personal injury attorney and partner of the Eddington Law Firm. I became licensed to practice law in the states of California and Colorado in 2014, and Arizona in 2015. I graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. I am a third generation personal injury attorney, as my dad’s side of my family consists of many personal injury attorneys. My father, Richard Eddington, has been practicing personal injury law since 1984, and learned most of what he knows from his father, who began practicing personal injury law in 1964. I am very proud to have him as a mentor and teacher, and now partner, as he is one of the most respected personal injury trial attorneys in the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. I have been practicing personal injury law in Colorado since 2014, and have helped numerous injured clients get fair settlements and jury verdicts from insurance companies. I love representing clients in personal injury matters because I have seen how insurance companies create difficulties and often unfairly treat injured people whose lives have been turned upside down through no fault of their own. I am a very active person in my off time, playing in adult soccer leagues, snowboarding in the winters, and hiking and golfing in the summers. I love traveling throughout the world to experience different cultures and places that I have never been. In particular, I enjoy traveling to locations where I am able to surf since we don’t have the opportunity to do so in Colorado.
