Wil H. Florin received his B.A. from Ball State University and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1980. He is licensed to practice law in Texas (1980) and Florida (1982), and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by The Florida Bar (1988) and The National Board of Trial Advocacy (1990), and also as a Civil Pretrial Practice Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (2012). He has been recognized by 'Best Lawyers in America,' 'Leading American Attorneys,' 'Florida Super Lawyers,' and 'America’s Leading Plaintiff’s Lawyers,' and Martindale-Hubbell. The National Trial Lawyers Association selected him as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Florida for eight years. He has obtained numerous multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements.
