About Will

Will Allan was born on January 8, 1973, in San Antonio, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where he earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1996. He then attended law school at Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas and obtained his J.D. in 1999. Licensed to practice law since 1999, he started his law practice with prominent defense firms where he defended insurance companies, individuals and corporations in first party bad faith litigation, personal injury, construction defect, defamation and product liability cases. In 2011, Will began representing people and businesses who have been victims of insurance companies’ unfair tactics, as well as individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic injuries or death at the hands of irresponsible people and companies. He has successfully tried, as a first chair, more than forty civil jury cases to verdict, and has successfully settled more than a thousand cases. He is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts as well as the Western, Northern, Eastern and Southern District of Texas federal courts. He is a member of the San Antonio and Texas Bar Associations. He has been recognized by Scene In S.A. Magazine as one of the “Best Lawyers” in San Antonio for more than 10 years. He has also earned an AV Preeminent rating, the directory’s highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Will is married to Tera Allan and they have three sons, William, Bode and Luke.
