Mr. Starks applies intense research and analytic skills to all stages of litigation from initial responses, discovery, and case strategy. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, he was a judicial intern for Judge Amos L. Mazzant of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Judge Trenton Brown of the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, and Judge A. Joe Fish of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He also served as a Dallas Regional Solicitor’s Office intern for the U.S Department of Labor.
