William Bacon

About William

William Bacon, known as Bill, is a Tucson litigation attorney for Goldberg & Osborne. A native of Massachusetts, he received a B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College in 1970 and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Suffolk University Law School in 1975. He has over 40 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing recently on product liability and bad faith claims against insurance companies. He has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1977 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Pima County Bar Association, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and American Bar Association.
