About William
The Honorable William “Bill” McLeod moved to Texas in 1974 and became a naturalized citizen in 2009. He graduated with a BBA from Texas A&M in 1982 and later earned an MS in Guidance and Counseling from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M Commerce TX) in 1990. He worked with special education children for six years. He moved to Houston in 1989 and graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law with a J.D. in 2001, licensed to practice law by the Texas Supreme Court in May 2002. He is a member of the Texas Bar and other organizations. He is dedicated to civil litigation cases, protecting clients' rights, and was a candidate for Judge of Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 4 in 2020.
