William C. Chapman

About William

William C. Chapman was born in Easton and has lived in Talbot County most of his life. Will received his undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland and covered sports across the Mid-Shore and beyond for many years before obtaining his law degree. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2014, where he served as a student attorney with the school’s Bronfein Family Law Clinic and earned induction into the Heuisler Honor Society. Will’s broad general practice includes domestic cases, guardianships and other civil litigation, estate planning and administration, municipal representation and real estate matters.
