Mr. Hinkes is a graduate of Yale University and Rutgers University School of Law and previously served as a law clerk to New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Robert L. Clifford. He is chairman of the Hampton Township Planning Board and a former chair of the New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection. He practices primarily in civil litigation, commercial law, estate administration/litigation and land use. Recipient: Richard J. Hughes Award; Jacobs Prize. Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Clifford, Associate Justice, New Jersey Supreme Court, 1990-1991. Member, 1995-1999 and Chairman, 1998-1999, District X Ethics Committee.
